Common use of Specific Relief Clause in Contracts

Specific Relief. The Owner agrees that the public interest in ensuring that all of the provisions of this Agreement are complied with strongly favours the award of a prohibitory or mandatory injunction, or an order for specific performance or other specific relief, by the Supreme Court of British Columbia at the instance of the City, in the event of an actual or threatened breach of this Agreement.

Specific Relief. The Owner agrees with the District that because of the public interest in ensuring that all of the matters described in this Agreement, and the provisions of this Agreement all applicable laws, are complied with with, the public interest strongly favours the award of a prohibitory or mandatory injunction, or an order for specific performance or other specific relief, by the Supreme Court of British Columbia at the instance of the CityDistrict, in the event of an actual or threatened breach of this Agreement.
