In addition to the statements given in accordance with Section 4 (Representations and warranties) from Chapter 1 (General provisions) hereof, the Borrower for itself and for each of the Guarantors makes the statements and gives the warranties provided in this Clause 2.2 to the Bank in relation to the Negotiable Instruments and acknowledges that such representations and warranties were of the essence for the execution of the Financing Documents by the Bank:
