SPECIFIC SCOPE OF WORK. The main requirement is to report discharge and delivery results by ocean bill of lading number, and a much greater expectation is that the Contractor will coordinate and liaise with the vessel agents and the receivers or receivers’ agents in performance of the contracts. The Contractor hereby agrees to provide service as mentioned below and in other sections of this contract. Coordinate attendance at the discharge and, if necessary, the delivery locations by communicating with the vessel, vessel’s agent, receiver, and receiver’s agent. Attend and monitor the discharge of the cargo from the vessel and, if the cargo is shipped on a through bill of lading, attend and monitor the delivery of the cargo at the inland delivery location. Provide a detailed, thorough, well-documented survey report addressing each of the specifications required for the type of shipment involved. Provide a level of customer service satisfactory to the Client as mentioned in the Statement of Work, which provides guidelines concerning content and explains expectations for the product provided by the Contractor. Contracts will be awarded for the country of ________. The Contractor will be responsible for all Client’s cargo shipments but may or may not be limited to: only bulk, only bulk with bags, only break-bulk, or only containerized being delivered to this particular country.
SPECIFIC SCOPE OF WORK. The City is requesting proposals for purchase and delivery of coffee and supplies; delivery and installation of coffee equipment; and related maintenance and service of such equipment. This consists of regular and decaffeinated coffee; supplies including ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, sugar, stir sticks, and decanter cleaner; installation of coffee equipment; and maintenance and service of such equipment, at 39 locations at City facilities. The Proposer shall include all detailed pricing for coffee and supplies only, on the form (Costs Table) in Section IV. There would be no separate charges to the City for delivery and installation of coffee equipment, or ongoing maintenance or service. The selected Proposer (“CONTRACTOR”) shall provide and install coffee brewers at the locations in Section III.C. b e l o w a n d s hall maintain and repair all brewers at no cost to the CITY, according to the obligations listed below.
a) CONTRACTOR shall provide the CITY with coffee brewers, coffee pots and coffee ▇▇▇▇▇▇ filters at all locations designated by the Administrator or designee (e.g., Building Maintenance Attendant).
b) CONTRACTOR shall not be compensated by CITY for the use of coffee brewers or the maintenance and repair of the coffee brewers. CONTRACTOR shall also not be compensated by CITY for coffee pots or coffee ▇▇▇▇▇▇ filters.
c) CONTRACTOR shall, upon CITY’s request, increase and/or decrease the locations serviced and/or quantity of the brewers at a given location. Any such request shall be responded to by the CONTRACTOR within five (5) business days.
d) CONTRACTOR shall, at CITY’s request, make service calls to repair and/or replace coffee brewers within forty-eight (48) hours of such a request. CONTRACTOR shall install new coffee brewers immediately upon removal of coffee brewers that must be replaced.
e) CONTRACTOR shall inspect and clean each coffee ▇▇▇▇▇▇ every six (6) months and perform any maintenance needed at that time.
f) CONTRACTOR shall update the Administrator or designee (e.g., Building Maintenance Attendant) as needed on the following items:
i. Inventory listing all locations
ii. Number of coffee brewers at each location iii. Type of coffee brewers at each location

DEMO: Country Creek Builders will remove two (2) vanities, remove two (2) vanity tops, remove two (2) bath faucets, remove two (2) toilets, remove two (2) shower control valves, remove one (1) tub faucet, remove existing flooring in upper and lower bathroom, remove wall paper from walls, remove tile from both upper and lower bathroom walls (wainscot), remove backer board from shower walls, remove existing shower tile, remove towel bars, remove sheet rock and framing as much as possible in upper bathroom to make vanity area bigger, Design, Build, Remodel, Finish FRAMING: No framing is included into this agreement HVAC: No HVAC is included into this agreement. PLUMBING: Country Creek Builders will install the plumbing fixtures provided by the homeowner for both the upper and lower bathrooms.
