Specifically Included Services. Subject to the restrictions and other terms and conditions of this Agreement, including compliance with the Performance Standard, the Services shall include the items set forth on Exhibit C. Either Party may from time to time propose revisions to the Services set forth on Exhibit C, which such revisions shall be subject to the Approval of the Parties.
