Specification and Quantities Clause Samples

The "Specification and Quantities" clause defines the standards, materials, and measurements required for the completion of work under a contract. It typically outlines the precise technical requirements, including dimensions, quality, and the amount of materials or work to be provided, often referencing detailed drawings or schedules. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what is to be delivered, minimizing disputes over scope and helping to control costs and quality throughout the project.
