Common use of Specification Change Notice Clause in Contracts

Specification Change Notice. The Specification may be amended in writing by the Buyers and the Seller by a Specification Change Notice in substantially the form set out in Exhibit B-1 (each, an "SCN"). An SCN will set out the SCN's effectivity and the particular change to be made to the Specification and the effect, if any, of such change on design, performance, weight, Scheduled Delivery Month of the Aircraft affected thereby, interchangeability or replaceability requirements of the Specification and text of the Specification. An SCN may result in an adjustment of the Base Price of the Aircraft, which adjustment, if any, will be specified in the SCN. SCNs will not be binding on either party until signed by persons duly authorized by each of the Buyers and the Seller, but upon being so signed, will constitute amendments to this Agreement.
