Specification of Certain Tax Matters. Each Owner shall provide the Indenture Trustee with a completed and executed From W-9 prior to purchasing a Note. The Indenture Trustee shall comply with all requirements of the Code, and applicable state and local law, with respect to the withholding from any distributions made to any Owner of any applicable withholding taxes imposed thereon and with respect to any applicable reporting requirements in connection therewith.
