(c) The number of times a venue has been included in a search by a Venue Partner
(d) The number of times an automated request for information has been sent to the Venue Partner by venuedirectory users
(e) The number of times the Venue Partner has confirmed a booking and the value of that confirmation
(f) The total number of day and residential delegates that make up a proposal/confirmation
(g) Average expenditure values (h) Enquiry date, arrival date, Venuedirectory uses all reasonable commercial endeavors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data but makes no warranties either express or implied regarding the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the data or its fitness for purpose.

a. Xxxxxxxxx.xx Web Site A web site, available at the URL xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx, that offers information about intellectual property, innovation and blockchain technologies. It also acts as a repository of documentation about the other Hosted Services.
b. Xxxxxxxxx.xx Web App A web application, available at the URL xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx, that provides multiple certification solutions to secure and manage intellectual property assets and processes. Users are able to organize files and textual information into coherent sets called “Projects”. User can request certificates to prove existence and/or ownership for the content of each Project. All files and textual information added to a Project are encrypted in the user’s browser using an encryption key that is never shared with the Provider. Project data are stored on the Xxxxxxxxx servers in encrypted form, accessible in clear text form only to the user. Access and use of the Xxxxxxxxx.xx Web App is limited to registered users.

A secure video consulting system that runs on the latest version of Google Chrome browser (patient and clinician), iOS (patient) and Android (patient). - A clinical seat on the Q doctor or Q health platform, on which clinicians or dashboard users can create their availability, and be bookable for secure video consultation by end users who have been given directions to the app or website. - Administrative access to the reception dashboard where real-time appointment status can be viewed, one-time use appointment codes can be given out (optionally depending on operational setup), and clinician availability can be set. - In-consultation clinical tools for clinician seat users to enhance the safety and clinical effectiveness of the consultation medium; safeguarding, signposting and clinical guideline tools - A clinical interface that can be used in tandem with EMISWeb, SystmOne OR Adastra software running locally - Optional anonymized reporting of activity on the platform by the Customer’s users - As soon as is practicable, the Q health system to contain ‘ringing’ functionality such that patients receive a ‘ringing’ and avoid unnecessary delays associated with missing notifications. - As soon as is practicable, the Q health system to integrate with Advanced/Adastra (subject to separate funding agreement being arranged).
