Specificity of Data. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-6001, the Department and City/Town agree that the data fields identified in Appendix B of this Agreement and the JT-1, TPT-2, and TPT-EZ forms in Appendix C of this Agreement (also provided online at xxx.xxxxx.xxx) meet the specificity requirements of City/Town. The data fields identified in Appendix B and the forms in Appendix C may be revised or replaced only by mutual agreement of the Department and Arizona municipalities, with any unresolved issues being referred to SMART for final determination.
