Specifics of Default Servicing; Insurance Policies. (a) Upon the occurrence of a Servicing Trigger with respect to a Program Receivable all servicing activities related to such Program Receivable immediately shall be transferred to the Servicer and the Subservicer shall have no further duties with respect to such Program Receivable; provided, that if the event which caused such Servicing Trigger with respect to a Program Receivable is subsequently cured or no longer exists, all servicing actions with respect to such Program Receivable immediately shall be transferred to the Subservicer.
