Specified Actions Requiring Consent of DT. In addition to any other vote, consent or approval required by the Company’s Organizational Documents, this Agreement or applicable Law, prior to the DT Specified Actions Termination Date, the Company shall not, and shall cause its Subsidiaries not to, take or agree to take any of the following actions, in each case without the prior written consent of DT, which consent DT may withhold in its sole discretion:
