Specified Actions Requiring Consent of SoftBank. In addition to any other vote, consent or approval required by the Company’s Organizational Documents, this Agreement or applicable Law, prior to the SoftBank Specified Actions Termination Date, the Company shall not, and shall cause its Subsidiaries not to, take or agree to take any of the following actions, in each case without the prior written consent of SoftBank, which consent SoftBank may withhold in its sole discretion:
