Specified Agreement Clause Samples
The Specified Agreement clause defines and identifies the particular contract or agreement to which certain terms, rights, or obligations refer. In practice, this clause clarifies which document is being referenced when multiple agreements exist between the parties, or when a contract incorporates terms from another agreement. Specified Agreement. “Specified Agreement” is defined in Section 8.1(e) of the Agreement.

Specified Agreement. Specified Agreement.
