Specified Borrowing Base Breach. Upon the occurrence of any Specified Borrowing Base Breach, such event shall be deemed to be continuing until such time as the Advances outstanding no longer exceed the Borrowing Base (or as otherwise waived by the Facility Agent in its sole discretion).
