Specified Configuration. Client shall, at its expense, procure and maintain the computer hardware, systems software and other items required for use of, or access to, the Solution, including those described in the Order and Documentation (the “Specified Configuration”) and for updating the Specified Configuration in accordance with FIS’ published updates. If not yet completed, Client shall complete its procurement and installation of the Specified Configuration prior to the scheduled start of implementation. Client shall devote all equipment, facilities, personnel and other resources reasonably necessary to begin using the Solution in production on a timely basis as contemplated by this Agreement and satisfy any Client requirements necessary for FIS to complete the professional services described in Section 6. FIS is not responsible for any delays or additional fees and costs associated with Client’s failure to timely perform its obligations under this Section 2.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Service Description The Parties will provide Common Channel Signaling (CCS) to one another via Signaling System 7 (SS7) network interconnection, where and as available, in the manner specified in FCC Order 95-187, in conjunction with all traffic exchange trunk groups. SS7 signaling and transport services shall be provided by GTE in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Section 9 of this Article. The Parties will cooperate on the exchange of all appropriate SS7 messages for local and intraLATA call set-up signaling, including ISDN User Part (ISUP) and Transaction Capabilities Application Part (TCAP) messages to facilitate full interoperability of all CLASS Features and functions between their respective networks. Any other SS7 message services to be provided using TCAP messages (such as data base queries) will be jointly negotiated and agreed upon.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Delivery Schedule The Goods specified in the List of Goods are required to be delivered within the acceptable time range (after the earliest and before the final date, both dates inclusive) specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements. No credit will be given to deliveries before the earliest date, and Tenders offering delivery after the final date shall be treated as non-responsive. Within this acceptable period, an adjustment of [insert the adjustment factor], will be added, for evaluation purposes only, to the Tender price of Tenders offering deliveries later than the “Earliest Delivery Date” specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements. [An adjustment factor of 0.5% per week of delay would be reasonable. However, the adjustment factor should not be more than the rate of Liquidated Damages to be applied in case of delay in delivery of Goods and Services under the Contract conditions.]
