Specified Intercreditor Agreement. Each Lender, by its acceptance of the benefits provided hereunder, hereby (a) consents to the Specified Intercreditor Agreement, (b) agrees that it will be bound by, and will take no actions contrary to, the provisions of the Specified Intercreditor Agreement, and (c) authorizes and instructs the Administrative Agent to enter into the Specified Intercreditor Agreement as Administrative Agent on behalf of each Lender.
