Specified Level Damages. (i) Damages Amount. Section 11(a) (Operators' Sole Responsibility) and Section 11(b) (Operators' Joint Responsibility) shall apply directly only when the total amount of all Damages resulting from a single incident is $25 million or less. Responsibility for Damages resulting from a single incident for which Damages exceed $25 million shall be allocated as stated in this Section 11(f)(i).
