Specified Modifications. (a) In the event that a Taurus Special Mandatory Payment occurs, then the parties hereto agree that as of the Taurus Special Mandatory Prepayment Date, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this Agreement shall be automatically amended and modified as set forth on Schedule 1.7(a) hereto, without further action by any party hereto (such amendments and modifications set forth on Schedule 1.7(a), collectively, the “Taurus Termination Modifications”).
