Specified Website and Paper Delivery. a. Delivery of Paper Copy Upon “Ad Hoc” Request. Brighthouse shall fulfill ad hoc requests from Contract Owners for a paper copy of any of the 498A Required Materials, in accordance with paragraph (i)(1) and (j)(3) of Rule 498A, subject to the expense provision in subsection (b)(ii) below.
