Specified Website. (a). The Specified Website is as identified in Schedule B hereto, as it may be changed by the Fund from time to time; provided, that the Fund shall provide the Company with as much notice as reasonably practicable of any change of the Specified Website, but in no event less than 60 days prior written notice of any such change.
