Common use of Specimen Signatures Clause in Contracts

Specimen Signatures. EBRD shall have received: (1) a certificate of incumbency and authority of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B; and (2) a certificate of an appropriate officer of each of the Subsidiary Guarantors certifying the specimen signature of each person authorised to sign, on behalf of such party, the Financing Agreements to be entered into and performed by such party.

Specimen Signatures. EBRD shall have received: (1) a certificate of incumbency and authority of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B; and (2) a certificate of an appropriate officer of each of the Subsidiary Guarantors certifying the specimen signature of each person authorised to sign, on behalf of such party, the New Financing Agreements to be entered into and performed by such party.

Specimen Signatures. EBRD shall have received: (1) a certificate of incumbency and authority of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B; and (2) a certificate of an appropriate officer of each Guarantor and each Shareholder and, at the request of EBRD, any other party to the Subsidiary Guarantors Financing Agreements and Project Agreements certifying the specimen signature of each person authorised to sign, on behalf of such party, the Financing Agreements and Project Agreements to be entered into and performed by such party.. Specimen Signatures. EBRD shall have received: (1) a certificate of incumbency and authority of the Borrower Company substantially in the form of Exhibit B2 (Form of Certificate of Incumbency and Authority); and (2) a certificate of an appropriate officer of each of the Subsidiary Guarantors Sponsor and CREL certifying the specimen signature of each person authorised to sign, on behalf of such party, the Financing Agreements and Project Agreements to be entered into and performed by such party.
