Specimen Signatures. The Trustee may (but need not) require each Noteholder to submit specimen signatures (and in the case of a corporation may require those signatures to be authenticated by the secretary or director of such Noteholder) of persons authorised to execute Note Transfers on behalf of such Noteholder and shall be entitled to assume (until notified to the contrary) that such authority has not been revoked.
