Specimen Signatures. The Adviser will forward from time to time to the Client and the Custodian a list of names and specimen signatures of persons authorized to act on behalf of the Adviser. The Client will forward to the Adviser a list of names and specimen signatures of persons authorized to act on Client's behalf and shall cause the Custodian to forward a like list and specimen signatures to the Adviser.
