Speed Limit. Ten (10) miles per hour must be obeyed on all streets. Speed limits will be enforced. Violation of the speed limit will be grounds for eviction. This speed limit is for all vehicles and is established for the safety of all Tenants and their families and guests. Strict compliance with the speed limit shall be observed by each individual. All intersections shall be considered YIELD corners. Pedestrians ALWAYS have the right-of-way.
