Speeding up the handling of the industrial disagreement. The organisations agree that the dismissal of trade union representatives on the ground of shortage of work shall be dealt with without delay under the rules for handling industrial disagreements to ensure that the proceedings under such rules are, as far as possible, concluded before the expiration of the period of notice.
