SPENDING CONTROLS. Marketing, Advertising, Communications and Consultancy As part of the government’s efficiency and reform programme, public funding for marketing, advertising, communications and consultancy is closely controlled. The Grant Recipient must seek permission from the Authority prior to any proposed expenditure in these areas, either in connection with, or using funding provided, under this Agreement.
