Spill Response Capability. Contractor must maintain Spill response capabilities and plans acceptable to the Company and commensurate with the operational risks. Plans must include response procedures; organization and structure, Equipment; notification plans for Contractor, Company and any Authority; Spill prevention and response training; and response drill procedures and schedules.
