Spillage. Contractor shall not litter premises in the process of making collections. In the event of spillage by Contractor, Contractor will be responsible for the cleanup of any spills including, but not limited to, garbage, fuel, oil, and other fluids from Contractor’s vehicles or resulting from the collection of Waste Material. Contractor shall not be responsible for the collection of any scattered Waste that has not been caused by Contractor’s employees.
