SpinCo Customer Incentive Plan Accruals. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, SpinCo shall make payments with respect to the SpinCo Customer Incentive Plan Accruals in countries where Parent provides distribution services to SpinCo under the Transition Distribution Services Agreement in accordance with the terms set forth in the Transition Distribution Services Agreement.
