Split Participant Agreement Sample Clauses
Split Participant Agreement. Oncor shall not amend the Split Participant Agreement, dated October 3, 2016, by and between Oncor and Reorganized TCEH (the “Split Participant Agreement”) without the consent of Parent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Split Participant Agreement. Prior to, but contingent upon the Reorganized TCEH Spin-Off, the Split Participant Agreement, shall have been entered into between Oncor and Reorganized TCEH, in accordance with the terms hereof, the Plan of Reorganization and the Oncor Letter Agreement, shall be in full force and effect and shall not have been amended, modified or supplemented without the consent of Parent.
