Splits, Distributions and Reclassifications. The Company shall not in any manner subdivide (by any split, distribution, reclassification, recapitalization or otherwise) or combine (by reverse split, reclassification, recapitalization or otherwise) the outstanding Class A Units or Class B Units unless an identical event is occurring with respect to the Class A Stock or Class B Stock, respectively, in which event the Class A Units or Class B Units, as applicable, shall be subdivided or combined concurrently with and in the same manner as the Class A Stock or Class B Stock.
