SPLITTING ORDERS. Splitting orders to avoid any monetary limitations is prohibited. Do not circumvent normal procurement methods by splitting purchases into a series of delegated purchase orders (XXX 3572). Splitting a project into small projects to avoid either fiscal or procedural controls is prohibited (XXX 4819.34).

  • Pending Orders 8.1 Client has the right to place the following pending orders:

  • Court Orders ICANN will respect any order from a court of competent jurisdiction, including any orders from any jurisdiction where the consent or non-­‐objection of the government was a requirement for the delegation of the TLD. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, ICANN’s implementation of any such order will not be a breach of this Agreement

  • Final Order If the Interim Order is obtained and the Arrangement Resolution is approved at the Company Meeting in accordance with the terms of the Interim Order, the Company shall take all steps necessary to submit the Arrangement to the Court and diligently pursue an application for the Final Order pursuant to section 182 of the OBCA, as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than three Business Days, after the Arrangement Resolution is passed at the Company Meeting as provided for in the Interim Order.

  • Pre-Ordering In accordance with FCC and Commission rules and orders, BellSouth will provide electronic access to the following pre-ordering functions: service address validation, telephone number selection, service and feature availability, due date information and customer record information. Access is provided through the Local Exchange Navigation System (LENS) interface and the Telecommunications Access Gateway (TAG) interface. Customer record information includes customer specific information in XXXX and RSAG. Home Phone shall provide to BellSouth access to customer record information, including circuit numbers associated with each telephone number where applicable. Home Version R1Q03; 03/04/03 Phone shall provide such information within four (4) hours after request via electronic access where available. If electronic access is not available, Home Phone shall provide to BellSouth paper copies of customer record information, including circuit numbers associated with each telephone number where applicable. If BellSouth requests the information before noon, the customer record information shall be provided the same day. If BellSouth requests the information after noon, the customer record information shall be provided by noon the following day.

  • Submitting False Claims; Monetary Penalties Pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code §21.35, any contractor, subcontractor or consultant who submits a false claim shall be liable to the City for the statutory penalties set forth in that section. A contractor, subcontractor or consultant will be deemed to have submitted a false claim to the City if the contractor, subcontractor or consultant: (a) knowingly presents or causes to be presented to an officer or employee of the City a false claim or request for payment or approval; (b) knowingly makes, uses, or causes to be made or used a false record or statement to get a false claim paid or approved by the City; (c) conspires to defraud the City by getting a false claim allowed or paid by the City; (d) knowingly makes, uses, or causes to be made or used a false record or statement to conceal, avoid, or decrease an obligation to pay or transmit money or property to the City; or

  • Final Approval Order and Judgment 70. Plaintiffs’ Motion for Preliminary Approval of the Settlement will include a request to the Court for a scheduled date on which the Final Approval Hearing will occur. Plaintiffs shall file their Motion for Final Approval of the Settlement, and application for attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses and for Service Awards for the Class Representatives, no later than 45 days before the Final Approval Hearing. At the Final Approval Hearing, the Court will hear argument on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Approval of the Settlement, and on Class Counsel’s application for attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses and for the Service Awards for the Class Representatives. In the Court’s discretion, the Court also will hear argument at the Final Approval Hearing from any Settlement Class Members (or their counsel) who object to the Settlement or to Class Counsel’s application for attorneys’ fees, costs, expenses or the Service Awards application, provided the objectors submitted timely objections that meet all of the requirements listed in the Agreement.
