Common use of Sponsor Fee Clause in Contracts

Sponsor Fee. As of the last day of each month, an amount equal to the following percentage of each Capital Account of each Member as of the last business day of such month, after taking into account the allocation of Net Capital Appreciation or Net Capital Depreciation to such Member's Capital Accounts effective as of the end of such month, but before any redemptions or distributions or the Incentive Allocation effective as of the end of such month, shall be deducted from each Capital Account of each Member and paid to the Manager (the “Sponsor Fee”):
