Common use of Sponsor’s Records; Access to Records Clause in Contracts

Sponsor’s Records; Access to Records. The Sponsor will maintain records and documents relating to the origination, underwriting and purchasing of the Receivables according to its customary business practices. The Sponsor will give the Depositor access to the records and documents to conduct a review of the representations and warranties made by the Sponsor about the Receivables or in connection with any request or demand to repurchase a Receivable or any dispute resolution proceeding for a request or demand or any Review by the Asset Representations Reviewer. Any access or review will be conducted at the Sponsor’s offices during its normal business hours at a time reasonably convenient to the Sponsor and in a manner that will minimize disruption to its business operations. Any access or review will be subject to the Sponsor’s confidentiality and privacy policies.
