The Sponsor makes the following representations and warranties about each Lease and Leased Vehicle in the 2023-B Reference Pool on which the Depositor is relying in purchasing the 2023-B Exchange Note. The representations and warranties are made as of the Closing Date or other dates stated and will survive the sale and assignment of the 2023-B Exchange Note by Ford Credit to the Depositor under this Agreement and by the Depositor to the Issuer under the Exchange Note Sale Agreement and the pledge of the 2023-B Exchange Note by the Issuer to the Indenture Trustee under the Indenture.

Sponsor’s Representations and Warranties About Each Lease and Leased Vehicle. The Sponsor makes the following representations and warranties about each Lease and Leased Vehicle in the 20232020-B A Reference Pool on which the Depositor is relying in purchasing the 20232020-B A Exchange Note. The representations and warranties are made as of the Closing Date or other dates stated and will survive the sale and assignment of the 20232020-B A Exchange Note by Ford Credit to the Depositor under this Agreement and by the Depositor to the Issuer under the Exchange Note Sale Agreement and the pledge of the 20232020-B A Exchange Note by the Issuer to the Indenture Trustee under the Indenture.

The Sponsor makes the following representations and warranties about each Lease and Leased Vehicle in the 20232017-B Reference Pool on which the Depositor is relying in purchasing the 20232017-B Exchange Note. The representations and warranties are made as of the Closing Date or other dates stated and will survive the sale and assignment of the 20232017-B Exchange Note by Ford Credit to the Depositor under this Agreement and by the Depositor to the Issuer under the Exchange Note Sale Agreement and the pledge of the 20232017-B Exchange Note by the Issuer to the Indenture Trustee under the Indenture.
