Common use of Sponsorship Amount Clause in Contracts

Sponsorship Amount. Subject always to the Event Holder complying with its obligations under this Agreement to the satisfaction of Tourism Western Australia, Tourism Western Australia will pay to the Event Holder the Sponsorship Amount within 30 days after both: (i) the relevant Milestone being achieved; and (ii) Tourism Western Australia being notified in writing by the Event Holder that the Milestone has been achieved by the Event Holder (together with all relevant documentary evidence). Despite anything expressed or implied to the contrary in this Agreement, whilst the Event Holder is in breach of this Agreement, Tourism Western Australia may suspend the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
