Sports Park Elements. The boundaries of the Sports Park are to be established during the design phase of the Consulting Agreement and then set forth in a diagram to be attached as Exhibit A hereto. The Sports Park, by the Completion Date, shall include the features, structures, amenities and improvements listed in the attached Exhibit B and the FF&E listed in the attached Exhibits C-1 and C-2.
