Spousal Consent to In-Service Withdrawals. Unless the Plan is an Exempt Annuity Plan (as described in Section 11.4(d)), the spouse of a married Participant must consent to an in-service withdrawal under this section. Such consent must be in writing and witnessed by a notary public or the Plan Administrator (or any Plan representative appointed by the Plan Administrator for such purposes).
