Common use of Spousal Joinder Clause in Contracts

Spousal Joinder. The spouse of Stockholder joins in the execution of this Agreement for the purpose of evidencing her knowledge of its existence, her acknowledgment that she agrees to the provisions of this Agreement and her agreement to bind her community interest, if any, in any of the Shares to the performance of this Agreement, and she further agrees that the covenants in this Agreement shall be, and hereby are, accepted as binding on her individually and upon all persons ever to claim under her as though such Shares were held of record by her; provided, however, nothing contained in this Section 24 is intended to, nor shall be deemed to, confer or create any community property interest in the Shares upon her.
