Sprinkler Heads a. Spacing and number of heads shall comply with recommendations of NFPA 13 for type of occupancy involved.

UL listed and labeled and FM approved for installation in the hazard classification as indicated and by the agencies listed above; 165 degree F rated fusible link, 1/2 inch orifice, standard response. .1 Finished ceiling Areas: Recessed, chrome-plated brass pendant heads, matching chrome plated adjustable metal escutcheon. .2 Exposed Piping: Upright or pendant type; natural brass finish.
Sprinkler Heads. 11.3.1 All sprinkler heads shall be standard approved type.
11.3.2 Ordinary rated heads shall be 135-170 degrees F.
11.3.3 Sprinkler heads in finished ceilings shall be chromium pendant type with chromium escutscheon plates; other areas, including the open ceiling in the sales area may be bronze. The sprinkler piping will not be painted.
11.3.4 Maximum coverage for each sprinkler head shall not exceed 120 feet except in corridors and storage area where sprinkler head coverage shall not exceed 100 feet.
11.3.5 A uniform rectangular pattern of sprinkler heads shall be maintained in the sales area and shall be coordinated with the light fixtures so that the requirements of NFPA #13 will be met.
Sprinkler Heads. Landlord will provide sprinkler heads to accommodate Tenant partition layout, per State code. Landlord will provide each tenant with an alarm system and appropriate keypads at suite entrances. Tenant to pay for the monthly monitoring expense. Landlord will make every effort to accommodate any and all changes by Tenant; however, if changes are made after approval of final floor plan which requires changes in architectural drawings and mechanical design, such changes shall be at Tenant’s expense. Tenants space plan requirements (included in build out by landlord): Private Offices, conference rooms and work stations as shown on the attached floorplan; Landlord Tenant One large conference/board room: Two-80 Sq.Ft. privacy offices; One kitchenette/beverage service area(as shown on the attached floor plan) with pantry and storage with work to be completed to a similar standard(e.g. granite countertops, millwork etc.) as in the Building’s common area kitchenette; Storage areas as shown on the attached floor plan Reception area and desk . Landlord to provide $10,000.00 allowance for desk. Telecommunications closet as shown on the attached floor plan; Two copier areas. $40.00 per square yard flooring allowance. Any other tenant work required by Tenant beyond this scope is at Tenant’s expense. Any other Landlord work required to comply with Laws, rules and regulations shall be at Landlord’s expense. Sprinkler Heads. One concealed head, flush mounted with finished cap, per 225 square feet of rentable area.
Sprinkler Heads. Per code but not to exceed a maximum of one (1) head for each 150 square feet of Rentable Area in the Leased Premises. All terrorism, fire and extended coverage insurance which may be carried by Landlord with respect to the Building or the property of Landlord located therein shall contain or be endorsed with a clause permitting waiver of rights of recovery prior to a loss and waiving all rights of subrogation so long as such a clause is available. Landlord waives all claims for recovery from Tenant for any loss or damage to the Building or the property of Landlord located therein to the extent such loss is covered by valid and collectible terrorism, fire and extended coverage insurance policies in standard form containing a waiver of subrogation endorsement. Tenant shall remain liable to Landlord for the cost of repairing any damage to the Leased Premises, the Building, or the property of Landlord which is caused or contributed to by an act or omission of Tenant, its agents, employees, guests, or invitees to the extent that such damage is not insured or insurable by Landlord under standard fire and extended coverage insurance policies covering the Building for its full replacement value, whether or not Landlord may elect to insure the Building for its full replacement value. Any expense to Landlord in obtaining such waiver of subrogation endorsement, together with the underlying premiums for such insurance, shall be included in the Office Area Operating Cost defined in Section 4.02 of this Lease.
Sprinkler Heads. Relocate or add sprinkler heads to accommodate Tenant’s partitioning layouts and all applicable city and state codes.
Sprinkler Heads. Semi-recessed chrome heads in improved office area of buildings 1 & 2. Standard heads all other areas.
Sprinkler Heads. .1 Provide Reliable Model FIFR recessed automatic sprinklers in finished ceilings. Sprinkler heads shall be chrome plated, white painted ceiling cup unless noted otherwise on drawings. Provide chrome plated sidewall type where noted.
.2 In unfinished areas or in areas where sprinkler piping cannot be concealed. Provide Reliable Model FIFR bronze upright sprinkler. Provide bronze sidewall type where noted.
.3 Provide Reliable Model G5-56 flush mounted concealed sprinkler c/w plain cover plate. Cover plate colour to coordinate with Contract adminitrator. Contactor is to obtain colour sample from Contract adminitrator. The sample is to be sent to sprinkler manufacturer for matching. Contract adminitrator to approve plate cover before ordering.
.4 Provide Reliable Model G4FR "sealing" concealed sprinkler c/w cover plate. Cover plate colour to coordinate with Contract adminitrator. Contactor is to obtain colour sample from Contract adminitrator. The sample is to be sent to sprinkler manufacturer for matching. Contract adminitrator to approve plate cover before ordering.
.5 Locations for G4FR sealing will be in .1 Main floor at main floor zone # 7 pre action ordinary hazard, Eco/ Xxxxxx 1D:05, Procedure 1D:15, Large Procedure 1D:36 zone # 4 pre action ordinary hazard as noted on the drawings.
