Heating. The Hirer shall ensure that no unauthorised heating appliances shall be used on the premises when open to the public without the consent of the management committee. Portable Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) heating appliances shall not be used.
Heating. Landlord shall furnish heat to the Premises when and as required by law, on business days from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Landlord shall not be responsible for the adequacy, design or capacity of the heating distribution system if the normal operation of the heat distribution system serving the Building shall fail to provide heat at reasonable temperatures or any reasonable volumes or velocities in any parts of the Premises by reason of any rearrangement of partitioning or other Alterations made or performed by or on behalf of Tenant or any person claiming through or under Tenant.
Heating. Regulation of heating controls shall be by District personnel only. FIRE EXITS: Fire exits and doorways must be kept clear and all hallways made passable at all times. SUPERVISION: Persons under eighteen (18) years of age shall not be allowed in the Facilities without proper adult supervision. Groups of 25 or less children must have at least one, renter-provided, adult supervisor present during the duration of the usage. Groups of 25 or more children shall have enough supervision to reach a 1 adult to 25 children ratio. Renter-provided supervisors are expected to ensure that all participants remain within the designated usage areas at all times. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: The use or possession of alcoholic beverages on District property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the use agreement.
Heating. The Owners warrants that the vessel is fully fitted with tight and functioning heating coils in all cargo tanks, or with heat exchangers, and is capable of applying heat to the cargo as agreed in this charter. The vessel is to be able to receive cargo up to a maximum temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. The vessel’s heating system is to be able to maintain a cargo temperature, if required to do so, up to a maximum of 135 degrees Fahrenheit. The vessel is to be able to increase the temperature of the whole cargo on board by at least 4 degrees Fahrenheit per day if so instructed. Any delays and or expenses resulting from non-compliance with this clause shall be for the Owners’ account. Any lost time owing to deficient or improper operation of the inert gas system or otherwise resulting from non-compliance with this clause to be considered as off hire.

Heating. (a) The facility shall have a heating system capable of maintaining a temperature of 72º F. (20º C.) during periods of occupancy. Temperatures during sleeping hours may be reduced to 68º F. (18º C.). Higher or lower temperatures shall be available upon request.
(b) The heating system shall be maintained in a safe and prop- erly functioning condition.
(c) The use of portable space heaters is prohibited except for permanently wired electric heaters which have an automatic ther- mostatic control and are attached to a wall.

Heating. Tenants shall under no circumstances set the thermostats in the Premises lower than 55 degrees. If any damage to the Premises or building occurs because of disregard for this rule, said damages shall be the responsibility of Tenants, including, but not limited to, any structural damages and costs of remodeling.
