Sprint Licensed Third Party Software Product. Sprint will notify Service Provider in writing if any software provided by Sprint contains any third party software product. Sprint will provide a sublicense, as applicable. The parties agree that the 2.0 Client Application is intended to contain proprietary software from Groove Mobile. Sprint represents and warrants that it has entered into a bona fide license with Groove Mobile for the sublicense of the Koz Extension Software, as set forth in the license grant in Exhibit E.1 (Sprint Third Party Software).
