Sprint Ownership. Each party acknowledges and agrees that Sprint owns the Sprint Marks, Sprint Data, the Sprint Wireless Network, and the Sprint Services (excluding third party content and services incorporated in the Sprint Services), and except for the licenses in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement confers in Service Provider any right of ownership in the foregoing.
