Sprint PCS' Right to Implement Changes. If Manager requests Sprint PCS to reconsider a change to a Program Requirement as permitted under Section 9.3 and Sprint PCS decides it will not require Manager to make the change, Sprint PCS may, but is not required to, implement the change at Sprint PCS' expense, in which event Manager will be required to operate the Service Area Network, as changed, but Sprint PCS will be entitled to any revenue derived from the change.
