SPV’s Obligations Clause Samples
SPV’s Obligations. The SPV shall;
▇. ▇▇▇▇ all the paddy supplied by the Authority and handover the rice to the Authority; If any shortfall in the quantity of rice handed over with respect to the stipulated norms shall also be compensated at the rate of 120% of the cost of paddy and other incidental charges
ii. at its cost, remove within 30 (ninety) days from expiry of the Agreement Period, from the DPCs any moveable assets that are not taken over by or not to be transferred to the Authority in terms of the provisions of the Agreement.
SPV’s Obligations. The SPV may pay the amounts due and payable to the Operator in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
