SQA Specific Information. This SQA commences with the effective date of signature and will terminate one year past the expiration date of the last batch of product manufactured and/or packaged by Paddock for Axcan. Paddock has the quality related responsibilities specified in this SQA. Paddock agrees to act at all times in the best interest of Axcan. It is the responsibility of all parties to maintain this document in a current state and to ensure that required approvals have been given. Any request for modification to this document must be made in writing to the other party stating the reason for the modification. All parties, prior to implementation of modifications, must agree to all modifications to this document. Modifications to this SQA must be presented as a revision to the original SQA and reviewed and approved by all parties. Annex I is a detailed listing per product of all activities covered by this SQA, conducted or to be conducted by Axcan and Paddock.
SQA Specific Information. This SQA commences with the effective date of the Commercial Supply Agreement for BDS between HALOZYME and AVID and extends through the term of that Agreement. In the event that the Commercial Supply Agreement for BDS is terminated for any reason provided for therein, the SQA shall also terminate one year beyond the date of the production of the last lot of BDS at AVID.
