SSA Compliance. The receiving area agrees to follow the terms laid out in this SSA. These terms include the following: • Use the procedure outlined in Section 3 to request and/or access an administrative service; • Fulfill the receiving area responsibilities outlined in Section 3; • Follow the SSA escalation process outlined in Section 9 to resolve a dispute between the receiving area and administrative support area about a service covered in this SSA; • Participate in performance related activities outlined in Section 6, such as completing SSA survey to provide feedback to administrative support areas that they can use to improve their service delivery; and • Maintain an internal review process for reviewing content of SSAs and requesting changes with executive approval as outlined in Section 12 to ensure that SSA content continues to be applicable to the receiving area’s business.
