Common use of SSAE16 Reports Clause in Contracts

SSAE16 Reports. The Transfer Agent will furnish to the Trust, on a semi-annual basis, a report in accordance with Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 16, as well as such other reports and information relating to the Transfer Agent’s policies and procedures and its compliance with such policies and procedures and with the laws applicable to its business and its services, as the parties may mutually agree upon.

SSAE16 Reports. The Transfer Agent will furnish to the Trust, on a semi-annual basis, a report in accordance with Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 16, 16 (the “SSAE Report”) as well as such other reports and information relating to the Transfer Agent’s policies and procedures and its compliance with such policies and procedures and with the laws applicable to its business and its services, as the parties may mutually agree upon.

The Transfer Agent will furnish to the Trust, on a semi-annual basisas reasonably requested and when available, a report in accordance with Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 1616 or such other agreed upon report in place thereof, as well as such other reports and information relating to the Transfer Agent’s policies and procedures and its compliance with such policies and procedures and with the laws applicable to its business and its services, as the parties may mutually agree upon.
