SSI Members. A Member’s SSI status is effective the date the State’s eligibility system identifies the Member as Type Program 13 (TP13). The State is responsible for updating the State's eligibility system within 45 days of official notice of the Member’s Federal SSI eligibility by the Social Security Administration (SSA).
