Staff and Lifescience Industry Accredited Credentialing Register. 5.1 Subject to the requirements of this Contract and any Law, the Supplier shall be entirely responsible for the employment and conditions of service of Staff. The Supplier shall ensure that such conditions of employment are consistent with its obligations under this Contract.
