Common use of STAFF COMMITMENT Clause in Contracts

STAFF COMMITMENT. 24. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2439. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 44 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2421. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent or any of its officers or directors in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 26 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2427. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 32 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2430. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 35 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2459. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent Xxxxxxx, Keybase or any officer or director of Keybase in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 below.to:

If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent or any of its officers or directors in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 43 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2422. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 27 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2434. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent or any of its officers or directors in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 39 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2442. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 42 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2441. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV and the contraventions described in Part V of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 below.provisions

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2426. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV and the contraventions described in Part V of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 Part IX below. Furthermore, nothing in this Settlement Agreement shall relieve the Respondent from fulfilling any continuing regulatory obligations.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2413. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 33 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2469. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out contraventions described in Part IV V of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 Part IX below.. Nothing in this Settlement Agreement precludes Staff from investigating or initiating proceedings in respect of any contraventions that are not set out in Part V of this Settlement Agreement or in respect of conduct that occurred outside the specified date ranges of the

If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 33 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2458. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent or any of its officers or directors in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part Parts IV and V of this Settlement Agreement, Agreement except with respect to future compliance on the part of the Respondent with complaint handling obligations triggered by existing or future complaints concerning Thow’s conduct or the Respondent’s conduct in relation to Thow’s activities and subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 63 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2415. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 23 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2428. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent or any of its officers or directors in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 33 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2444. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent or any of its officers or directors in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part IV of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 49 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 2468. If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out and contraventions described in Part IV and Part VI of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 Part X below.. Nothing in this Settlement Agreement precludes Staff from investigating or initiating proceedings in respect of:

If this Settlement Agreement is accepted by the Hearing Panel, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under the By-laws of the MFDA against the Respondent in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondent in relation to the facts set out contraventions described in Part IV V of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 29 Part IX below. Nothing in this Settlement Agreement shall relieve the Respondent from fulfilling any continuing regulatory obligations.
